Zenith Masterclasses take place in Dublin City Centre across 1-2 days with small groups of senior managers and directors from the public and private sectors. This small group setting allows sharing between attendees and insights to be gained from everyone’s experiences.

Each masterclass is directed by Dr. Eddie Molloy, one of Ireland’s most respected independent consultants, and a trusted adviser to CEOs, the Governments, State Agencies and NGOs for over 50 years, and delivered with guest masters, all of whom are exceptionally experienced practitioners.

Over five decades, Eddie has developed some of the most influential ideas in Irish organisational development, including the seminal Strategic Management of Multinational Subsidiaries (“the Blue Book”). His work has shaped how multinational subsidiaries expand their remit, how public-sector organisations navigate reform, and how senior leaders diagnose complexity, challenge inherited narratives, innovate and lead with confidence amid turbulence.

Between 2021–2025, Eddie distilled his most valuable insights into a series of ten in-person masterclasses under the banner Prevailing Amid Ceaseless Change. Zenith now builds on that foundation, offering a new generation of masterclasses that combine sound theory, lived experience, candid reflection and practical tools.
